  Refusal to allow me to open a bank account because they will not use the provided check to do so. Poor excuses as to why.

  Be very cautious using Wells Fargo Bank. 2 separate deposits were misplaced.. I opened a claim and complaint. They initially could not even tell me where the money went. They did get money correctly deposited after 21 days. The value WF views is appropriate when mishandling deposits of 2800.00 is $ 19.35 for problems that may occur when you suddenly do not have the expected funds deposited as directed. This is a simple indication of the true value WF has of customers, just be aware. They charge 35.00 per overdraft as a reference. Their mistake is not valued as much as what they charge customers for a mistake.

  I'm a longstanding WFC customer.Went to this branch this mrng about 10:45Am to have a document notarized, a 2 minute process (the time it takes for you to show your license, present your document have the notary make sure its you then affix her stamp). I nicely ask one of the tellers(long dark haired female) if the notary is available. No she says she's busy with something important and then she goes to lunch afterwards I guess that meant what I needed done wasn't important according to that clown anyhow. Terrible place. I'll never go back there again
