I went to cash a check and asked the teller to review prior to signing, she said she didn't have to just to sign it, then when she looked at it said a second party had to sign it, I told her that's why I wanted her to look at it prior and now I'm stuck with an endorsed check that has to be returned. She called over what I guess was a manager and when I explained what happened she confirmed what the teller said. I told her I might just close my account with Wells Fargo and she said that's OK just come back whenever I wanted to close my account. I have been a member for years and they did not care if I close my account. I will not be going back to this branch and am still considering moving my account to another bank that may actually care about their customers. Don't go to the south branch in roswell 👎
