It shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to get through the line with only two cars in front of you. I ask that the Wells Fargo leadership please look into this because your customers that go through the commercial lane usually have to be back to take care of their business in a timely manner.

As a blind customer, I came in to make a cash deposit, and instead of assisting me at the counter, they told me to go outside to the ATM. Seriously? This is a complete lack of empathy and basic customer service. I expected better from a bank that claims to support accessibility. This was ridiculous and demeaning. Do better, Wells Fargo.
