- VMVeronica MillanAug 22, 20251.0The drive-through attendant, female young lady that takes care of the drive-through commercial lane is extremely slow. It shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to get through the line with only two cars in front of you. I ask that the Wells Fargo leadership please look into this because your customers that go through the commercial lane usually have to be back to take care of their business in a timely manner.

Now you cannot just walk in, you make an appointment online but that time has passed so still waiting… in other words make an appointment so they have you on a list but highly doubtful the time you request is when you are seen….im currently 30 min past my appointment time and waiting…..the line for the teller’s is long, it looks like one person is handling appointments so who knows how long we have to wait since no one tells you anything, just come sit down and wait. Fortunately WF is not my primary bank and now definitely will not make it my primary again.
