I got a letter telling me I had unclaimed funds, as if I’m dead, they didn’t bother to call, no notice no nothing. I ran over to the bank I’m here now closing my account. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK. THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO STEAL YOUR FUNDS. Now I’m in the lobby and they won’t give me my money after getting a letter from the state saying they are seizing my funds. My business account while in a pandemic. Shame on New Mexico Bank and Trust. ZERO TRUST. New Mexico Bank and Trust does not care about our community or our bysiness. Follow up…this is how they care…no honesty, they tried to bury my review after the district manager called me. Too late, it cost me my business. Do not open an account with them you have been warned. There is no customer service or trust. Claim to be focused on “local” but in truth they really don’t care about your business.

- GKgail kellerMay 11, 20213.0When will the lobby be open ? You can’t see the tellers thru the drive up window because of the tint and it’s difficult to hear . Sometimes you need more then a drive up .Every other place in Rio Rancho is open . Ridiculous
- UCUtah CrazyAug 31, 20153.0Sometimes I think a bank is a bank is a bank. Well, that about sums it up. The one thing I do like about this bank is that I usually don't have to wait very long to complete transactions either through the drive thru or inside. I mainly bank here for location only.
