    We opened our account with WaFed when we moved here in the spring of 2018. We have enjoyed excellent customer service, friendly staff and simple, easy to use online banking. We are so very disappointed that the Raton branch is closing! No other local bank compares! Isn’t there any way the “powers that be” would reconsider and leave our branch open?

    The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish that they were open on Saturday even if it just till noon. I really like this bank.
