During the dispute Wells Fargo kept me informed. Yesterday they informed me temporary credit is now permanent, and they have closed my account. Thank you so much for all your help with this claim. I appreciate it.
- FFFreckled and FrugalJul 1, 20241.0On your busiest day whoever's in charge of hiring needs to hire more people cuz for the first of the month you had three tellers and only one lane open and I stood in line just to find out I didn't have what I needed. So I'd have to stand in line for another 20 or 30 minutes. Again, you need to hire more people if you have that many tellers desks. That's how many people should be working there. Nobody should have to wait that long to go to the bank, especially when it's like the only Wells Fargo in Los lunas. It's not on the teller. It's on whoever is hiring
