- ASAmber SolanoMar 21, 20212.0I have had a Wells Fargo account for 30 years. It was my very first bank account and I've never had an issue with any other branch. For some reason this branch likes to dictate how you spend your money. They will not allow you make a purchase using your card for more than a certain amount. Then they tell you to call a toll free number who says you cannot spend more than $500 using your card, but you can take $1000 out of the ATM. Where is the logic in that? It's my money, a bank should not tell you how much you can spend in one transaction. The tellers are very rude and will tell you gladly to take your money and account elsewhere. Which I will happily be doing.
