- BBBrian BassfordSep 30, 20251.0I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years..Worst of the Worst customer service experience of all time at a Wells Fargo in Las Cruces. Came into branch at N Main to do a wire transfer, and was told by teller-mgr. that I would have to wait 45 minutes to do wire transfer. Banker came to rescue and had proceeded to complete transfer within 5 minutes. You guys have some real issues here..

Although due to Co-vid and the Holidays it is ALMOST impossible to get through on the phone now to anyone to find out what to do in certain situations. My 3-star rating is NOT for the branch itself, cuz out of all of the locations that are still available, I have found this one to be the most helpful. But, Wells Fargo in it's entirety is or has become VERY poor as far as "Customer Service " is concerned. I would change banks in a heartbeat if that were actually an option right now. I am dealing with fraudulent activity on my account(s) & they have NOT been truthful with me for over a week now. I am actually in a stuck position and do not know what my options are, nor can I get answers (at least NO honest or informative ones) from anyone at the 800 numbers or their fraud department. But, it seems to me if you can't get anywhere with the "Powers that be" your best option is to talk to this branches Manager. Even if she can not help you herself, she will lead you to who or where to go to get the help you need. Rare, in customer service these days and especially rare with WF at all.
