- GRGabriel RiveraDec 16, 20221.0why any rational, intelligent, professional person would want to bank with this company is beyond me. I'm not a member of this bank thankfully. The service at this location is one of the most atrocious of any experience I've ever had. over 40 minutes in line with 4 people in front of me. granted I'm extremely patient and was able to handle some work from my phone, yet this is a blatant disregard for human beings' time which is an absolute insult to the very people who do business with them. A bank is necessary yes, but people who choose to be members here I ask why? why is this place so large with one teller? at the 15-20 minute mark a 2nd teller is added. with just as slow a process. only 4 people in front of me remember and a 40 minute wait (interestingly another customer left a review & had the same wait time) and my transaction, a simple simple request took over 7 minutes, with many questions, like just give me money. The teller was actually nice and polite, only at this point it really didn't matter, his transaction time was far to slow for the simple request. A manager, maybe, or just some worker, was literally just standing between the 2 employees kind of monitoring or whatever. If he was an employee why couldn't he help other customers or the ones working? Open another window? Again the space is huge. Might as well been a coffee shack for the actual space they're utilizing for employees. What do they keep all of New Mexico's cash reserves there? Isn't the main function of any business to attend to the customer first and foremost? Our money keeps businesses open and they're basically saying we truly don't need you anymore. There were also other employees milling in and about the back. The line grew large behind me. Members at this bank I'm sorry but you are just suckers for staying here and if it's some kind of misplaced loyalty you cling to perhaps because you've had them for so long, it's time to re-think your priorities.
