All for them to tell me I had to go online and do it myself, when one of them already knew the reason why I was here. And didn't even bother to tell me.... and I wasn't the only one that they didn't help, this man was there way before me aswell and at the end they told him he had to make an appointment. All just because they had already closed and didn't want to help!!! Never coming back to this bank!!!!
