She is literally standing here with her clipboard asking people what they're here for (which you only need at busy times duh) and since the 2 of us in line have simple transactions she's just wandering around the lobby. I just saw her fix the tape on a Christmas garland. Why do you have an expeditor for this slow time why not pay a teller instead? 😅 She's just looking at us doing nothing lol.
