- DDDavidAug 7, 20251.0I’ve been in contact with Regional Finance since Friday of last week, and what started as a hopeful experience quickly turned into a frustrating and disappointing situation. One of the first ladies I spoke with was incredibly kind and uplifting. I explained my personal situation and told her upfront that I didn’t want to waste my time if it wasn’t going to work out. She reassured me that everything looked good, and even told me I could use a co-signer to move forward smoothly. Based on her word, I gathered and uploaded all of my information, thinking I was on the right track. I had hope. But as the days went by, I kept calling to follow up — and nothing. No progress. No communication. My co-signer was never contacted. It felt like I was chasing after answers that should have already been given. Today, I called again and spoke to another very nice lady who, unfortunately, had to take down all of my information again from scratch. Then I was told that I actually can’t use a co-signer because we don’t share a joint account , something that should’ve been made clear from the start. It’s incredibly disappointing to be given hope, only to be let down after putting your trust and time into the process. I was honest about my situation, and I expected the same in return. Instead, it feels like I was misled and left hanging with no real help. I’m not just frustrated… I’m hurt. I trusted Regional Finance with something personal, and I walked away feeling like just another number. This experience has been a letdown, and I hope they do better in the future for others who come to them genuinely needing help.
