Went through the drive through to do deposits and they changed the rule today to only two and when I asked for change as well the lady was incredibly rude and said I’d have to go through the line again. Came inside to do those two transactions and after waiting in the line for beyond 20 minutes i tried to walk up to the teller after the previous guest had left and the teller yelled at me for walking up. Again incredibly rude for no reason
- MAMohammed AlduraSep 25, 20251.0I’ve been using this bank only because I transferred from Virginia, but unfortunately, every time I bring an issue, the staff seems unable to identify the problem or provide a solution. The level of support has been very disappointing. I look forward to when Chase Bank or Bank of America open in this area, as I believe they would provide a far better customer experience. Honestly, I had never even heard of Wells Fargo until moving here, and based on my experience, I understand why.
- BLBrick LayerAug 18, 20251.0This branch is horrible for customer service. The teller line is always long and they only have two tellers working. Forget about opening an account. There is a minimum of seven people waiting. One employee serving and the main office person just shut her door to leave. I just left right behind her. Everyone shouldn’t go on lunch at the same time. This is beyond crazy! Try opening at another bank. :-/
