  Waited to have someone added to my account the teller offered an appointment for NEXT WEEK not tomorrow or this week but giving my situation I couldn't do an appointment but she was just persistent on an appointment till another teller was happy to add me to the wait list. One banker was opening an account another banker TANISHA was just chatting with a random person till a couple walked in thean waved at TANISHA and she shooed out the person in her office while the teller was asking the couple if they had an appointment they said NO they don't have an appointment. Then TANISHA walked up to us and told us her appointment was here while the gentleman was still trying to get checked in to be added to the wait list. Is has not happened one but numerous times appointment or not. Worst customer service it seems to only happen to me too feeling singled out by this bank

  My father had an upsetting experience last week. He set up an appointment to talk with a banker on Monday. Well when he shows up they tell him there are no bankers in for the day. (After he drove a whole hour, from Albuquerque to grants.) Why have the ability to make appointments if no one is actually going to be there for the appointment. Then my poor father, who only has ONE leg tripped on the curb & no one had the audacity to help him outside. Freaking ridiculous. I'm highly disappointed in your customer service. I hope this isn't the standard of customer service for all clients.
