I tried online, but it said I needed to make an appointment in person - so I did that and I was given an online code so you get $300 to $500 dollars for opening a new account and you have to have at least $1000.00 dollars get direct deposit before you can get the money they are offering you. We'll guess what I have not gotten mine and I have been calling and I'm just just getting the run around with this bank. They tell me you'll get it deposited into your account in 5 to 7 business days, those have passed several times. Maybe it was a mistake to open an account here. Im so frustrated 😡😡 now...

Wow what a shock so teller can steal or give more money to there relatives they know and cheat others and ripped customers off i wonder how many people they ripped off espescially elders. Hmmmm makes me wonder also i think they need to put camaras on the teller counting money. This has never happened to me and i swear on jesus christ that they didnt give me my money $40 and teller balance out correctly i was told. Than i requested the camara and this was what i was told by manager himself that camaras are not on the money only on customers face. Please do something about this and yes i want my $40 back.
