  Upon entering the lobby I was met by a banker and was asked what I was here for. I explained my banking situation and was informed the banker is just going to call a Wellsfargo service center. I further explained my situation and informed it might involve another avenue of banking which would require a in person banking. I interpreted her inferences as an inconvenience. I waited and was approached by a second banker. Kevin introduced himself and was very kind. He inquired to how they could help. I explained my situation again and asked if it made sense to be there. He stated it did and Brenda would assist me when available. I then was helped by the same banker that “GREETED” me. Once again her rude nature unfriendliness brought me to question if I even wanted to do business at this branch. She contacted a wellsfargo call center, After some discussion over the phone. She handed me the phone and said here I don’t understand what she saying to do. The person on the phone was super kind, friendly and worked with me to understand my options from her division. I was not afforded any other options for banking nor asked if my banking issues was resolved. My low rating is strictly for the one banker that failed miserably. I hope you can correct this for future Wells Fargo customer's. Thank you 🙏

  Phillip Archuleta was the banker that was helping me very professional,nice and helpful. He made me feel like I mattered to the bank like all their customers. Thank you Phillip Archuleta for your kindness and patience.

  I came into cash a check today and Amanda cashed it for me. She was very funny very social very bright and just someone you overall enjoy to be around within our couple minutes of interaction. I literally just was like dang I need an Amanda in my life. I hope this review finds her well and I enjoyed meeting her!

  Try to avoid Nancy she gave me a hard time with signature for some legal papers and said we no longer do that so I asked for the manager to clarify why. Luckily they still helped me but I notice the bank clerk was not willing to help at first.

  Expect long lines certain times of days! So far, I've encountered two different locations with a dozen ppl waiting in line for service and too few clerks at the counter!
