  I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch in Carlsbad, New Mexico, and was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite the branch being large, there was very little staff presence on the floor, and the few employees in offices did not seem particularly engaged or helpful. Most offices were empty, which made the environment feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. Even with the branch largely empty, the wait time to receive assistance was long, and the staff who were available appeared uninterested. Overall, it felt like one would need to spend an entire day to accomplish even basic banking tasks—certainly a very disappointing experience.

  1st time I ever had a bank making it difficult to take my money. Working pipeline so Working 6 days a week gotten off early to possibly open an account at Wells Fargo but they refused me. Said I need to make an appointment, I explained my situation and offered to sit and wait and then went as far as putting my name down and told me to sit and wait for another lady to tell me unfortunately I can't open an account without an appointment.

  How does this place have any stars at all???? Stuck here in line like every other time i've been here. Im stuck with them, but you don't have to be. Understandable if it happens every so often, But Always??? We are stuck with them, but you don't have to be. I Do Not Recommend. FIND A BETTER BANK.

  Tengo una cuenta de pequeña empresa deposite dos cheques con x cantidad de dinero y no se me aclarado los cheques perdí mi renta donde vivía por qué Wells Fargo no claro mi cheque y no me dice nada de lo pasa yo con una familia de dos niños mi esposa a well Fargo no le importa los cliente ni las opiniones WELLS FARGO NO CIRBE PARA PEQUEÑAS EMPRESAS MI CONSEJO ES BÚSCASE OTRO BANCO QUE NO SEA WELLS FARGO GRACIAS

  I often come to this for other services like notary or certified check,, usually I sig into the code to get taken care of. But today there was a long line with only 3 tellers and The ones in the cubicle offices are free but do nothing to help the flow. The tellers work hard and I appreciate you but your supervisor or other members should help instead of saying: thank you for waiting; time is precious to all, you should respect our time.
