  I recently opened a credit card with Wells Fargo and was eager to set up my account properly. Unfortunately, my experience at the branch was disappointing. The teller I worked with was noticeably rude and seemed frustrated when I asked questions about how the process worked. As someone new to Wells Fargo, I was looking for guidance—but instead of explaining things clearly, the teller acted as if I should already know everything. It made an already stressful situation more uncomfortable. I hope future interactions are more helpful and respectful, especially for new customers just trying to understand how things work.

  Terrible service. Lupita held me waiting to cash a Wells Fargo check after verifying my 2 forms of ID, Calling the owner of the check to verify the amount and person it was. All to say she was not allowed to cash a WELLS FARGO CHECK! Did not have an explanation for me. Pathetic!

  Who ever manages this branch needs to be fired. Our company holds a very large account here and we're trying to close a safety deposit box that we once used to store offsite backups. They will only allow the person who opened the box to close it which makes no sense as it is a company account. I drove out to close it only to be told that no banker was in that day. Nobody ever answers the phone and when using the website to try and make an appointment, the next available spot is more than 2 weeks away. Avoid this bank.

  This branch has no employees. There was 1 teller and no one at desks. I guess their employees are busy making fake accounts again. Time to go to a credit union.
