    One teller, one customer In front of me. It went super quick. I was very pleased. I also noticed the bldg.had been remodeled. Very nice short visit. 🙂

    I would never suggest this branch to anyone. This is not my local branch, but I made an appointment here, because it was the only branch with an appointment last minute. My appointment was at 10am. I arrived early, and wasn’t seen until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My banker was nice, and very thorough. After setting up my account he escorted me to deposit my checks. His manager had to clear the checks, but she scolded him quite loudly about not verifying the checks in the correct manner. So, he proceeded to do so. When he was done it was nearly 12pm (not his fault). I was directed to another teller. This one said she needed another manager to look at the check. 👀 she said I could wait in the lobby. I asked what time the manager would be back and she told me 1:30pm. I left to grab lunch, and came back promptly at 1:30pm, waiting for bank manager Jessica. 2pm came around, still no manager. 2:15 approached, and I left. I headed to my local branch, whom, in TEN MINUTES had my check verified and deposited and me out the door. The lack of customer care at the Irving branch is VERY apparent. Just don’t go here!

    I had an absolutely amazing experience here complete different from Rio Rancho’s branch. Andres was Security at the door and he was super helpful, Jessica, the branch manager handled herself amazingly through it completely packed Bank. She attended to every customer that she saw waiting in line or sitting around and was helping around everywhere. It took some time because of course the bank was busy, but I was helped by Rita in a timely manner. She was the sweetest teller and if you bank with Wells Fargo, I definitely recommend this location and its employees from my experience

    The security guard looked very on top of his game, and not one to mess with! I decided to hit BOA instead! Great work!
