  UPDATE: Thank you for your response, however, to ask one simple question that is not regarding an account, just simply a question that could be answered with a yes or no. Seems a little ridiculous and a waste of time to schedule an appointment for that, especially when I am not even a client of Wells Fargo. The question I had when I called was do you have a drive up window? Simple answer yes or no someone could've answered the phone for that! So your response to make an appointment for that is merely an excuse for bad employee behavior! I needed the drive up window due to a severe injury and difficulty getting inside the building! When I arrived on my own and found out there was no drive up window, I did have to go inside, which caused me a lot of personal chaos that could have been avoided had they just answered the phone! I would have gone to a location with a drive up window had they been able to provide me with customer service! So to ask me to schedule an appointment to come inside the building to ask if you have a drive up window is absolutely absurd! Excuse after excuse! This location refuses to answer their telephones during business hours! I spent over 20 minutes calling and calling, and no one would pick up the line! I have one simple question and since they are unable to provide customer service by answering the phone at this location. I guess I will just show up unhappy in person with my question then! This is ridiculous, however very normal for the Wells Fargo company to not provide customer service! This is why I do not bank with Wells Fargo and I only suffer through the experience with them for my customers that bank with Wells Fargo! Don't get involved with this bank if you expect accuracy, security or customer service! I have learned this over the years with Wells Fargo with every unfortunate visit that I have to make there!

  I came in to a completely empty lobby and they could not take 15 minutes to fit me in to do a basic name change on my credit card. Every other card I have allows me to drop documents electronically. These people have no interest in assisting the customer or retaining accounts.

  Only one teller working. Everyone else seemed to sit around while a long line of customers was waiting to help.
