- MEMelissa ErivesDec 6, 20251.0If I could put zero stars I would . Yesterday my mom had gone over to ask what was needed to make a final payment to pay off the mortgage. I believe that lady’s name was Alondra . My mom said as soon as she walked in she looked at her with an annoyed face and told her to have a seat and she would be right with her (she was having a conversation with a coworker and needed to finish that first). When she was done and asked what my mom needed she told her that you cannot payoff your mortgage at the bank and that you need to do a wireless transfer or cashiers check . My mom then proceeded to ask if she could write it down for her so she could let my dad know what they needed to do. She said she rolled her eyes and wrote it down for her. She then told my mom she had been there for many years and that’s how things are done and didn’t want her to waste her time and that was the process. Oh and it had to be done before 12:30. She was just plainly rude. And well she was wrong ! We later went to Wells Fargo on Coors and Siquoia and Gabriela was amazing. She was very nice and helpful and the process is actually really simple and easy. Toke no more then 10 minutes and you don’t need to do all that stuff that was told to my mom . Really disappointed with Alondra’s attitude and treatment towards my mom.
