- BHBrittney HarstonOct 24, 20251.0I was in there to cash my daughter's check for her birthday that her grandfather gave her. I've had an account for 20 years here. Last time they cashed it no problem but this time the cashier was extremely rude about it and said I needed her birth certificate to prove I'm her mother. I completely understand that but she was very rude about it kept cutting me off so I took the check and left. The remodel of this location must have brought crappy unprofessional customer service. Won't be returning to this location

I tried opening up a business account in early June, set up an appointment, got all the forms (and more) that they needed, they told me in person they'd contact me in a few days to see if it's approved. After about 2 weeks, I called 7 different times with no answer, I then had to schedule another appointment just to be able to speak to someone. An hour before my appointment someone from the bank called telling me that "you were denied after a few days, but yeah sorry, I don't know why the banker you worked with didn't call you." Thanks for wasting my time, Wells Fargo - more like Wells too Far Gone!
