- BHBrittney HarstonOct 24, 20251.0I was in there to cash my daughter's check for her birthday that her grandfather gave her. I've had an account for 20 years here. Last time they cashed it no problem but this time the cashier was extremely rude about it and said I needed her birth certificate to prove I'm her mother. I completely understand that but she was very rude about it kept cutting me off so I took the check and left. The remodel of this location must have brought crappy unprofessional customer service. Won't be returning to this location

His phone call to support and an admission of "I have never done this before", made for a complete waste of time. Incorrect documentation referral areas and overall uncaring of his job made me look for another bank.
