  I am not surprised to come to the reviews and see all same experiences of other customers at this location. Apparently management does not care as you can see they have consistently had bad reviews going back as far as 8yrs or more. My experience with Raul today was horrible, he should not be allowed to interact with customers, throw him in a back office by himself to count money or do paperwork, as he has no customer service skills at all. This location should just be shut down overall

  I usually have a great experience but not on 9/06/2025 approximately 1020 am on a Saturday It was a long line and when I finally got to the tellerr she was rushing me and my husband. I had to repeat my situation 3 times and t he teller was too distracted to listen because she was more interested in helping this younger man behind us and kept trying to rush us out. I was having issues with my card because i could not use my card and it had been 2 weeks after waiting for a new one. After repeating my story thenthird time she made me call the card activation again only for it to say the same thing i told her. She told me to call this customer service and write the number on a post it after she fought with her long nails to hill a pen. Please if your nails are too long cut them. When I asked if she could help with the call she said here is the number you need you need to call once you leave. I asked another question and she said once you leave and call you can ask them that we have no authority over cards....Christine was not helpful and seemed a little too eager to shush us away for the younger man. My husband asked a question about ordering another card and she said once again, Sir when you both leave you can call and request that information from the customer service number injust provided you with have a good day.. I thought she was customer service....I think I need a new bank. One that values customers needs and has patience to assist.

  Used to love this bank before the merge. Now they can’t find accounts and return payments. No one can seem to figure out why when the correct information is being used for ACH payments. Warning to all customers keep an eye on your accounts and leave if possible. They aren’t honoring payments on some accounts and they can’t figure out why

  I give two stars for the one nice person. I'm trying to buy a house which in itself is pretty stressful. Of course finances are the priorities of buying. Other than the one nice person the rest were rude and very unhelpful. I'll be in search of a new bank.
