After going over my taxes and preparing them for about an hour George and I had finished my taxes and he informed me that he would call me the following day after one of his peers reviewed them and verified that George had done them correctly. I didn’t hear anything back from George for weeks until I called September 25 and was able to get ahold of George. George informed me that he would not be able to do my taxes after speaking to his colleague and would be releasing them back to me. This was extremely disappointing and a burden because the tax deadline is looming but mostly because George didn’t have the professional courtesy to reach out to me and inform me that he wouldn’t be completing my taxes for me instead he simply disregarded me and never had any plans of reaching out to inform me of this. This has put me an in a very difficult position, and I made a huge mistake of trusting this company and assuming their competence in tax preparation.
