- JKJill Keith4 days ago1.0I spent 2 separate occasions there for 2 hours each time. Fraudulent charges remain on my credit card for over 2,000. The charges were credited then deducted the same day. Geneva, and Manny both had me there for 2 hours each, with no resolve. Geneva left me with a , we will call you...lol, no call.

Called and asked for my card number because you cant see any of your info on my account which is dumb Was told yall cant provide me with my own card number. How dumb is that? Called a different location and they gave it to me. Switched back to Wells Fargo this is a joke of a bank
