- AAAppljaxxJun 3, 20252.0I’ve been banking here for years. It’s good and terrible. They are quick to get an account open or a loan completed, but their customer service afterwards is trash. They’ve lost documents and blamed me, only to be found later. I just sent them a message about my account information being sent to a 3rd party trying to scam me.. they responded but their response made it apparent that they didn’t even read my message. They forced me to get an emissions inspection on a 2 year old car, even after I sent them an email from the MVD stating I was exempt. Cost me money and time, but they aren’t hearing it. Their website is not user friendly. Last year, I sat on hold for 45 min to talk to a guy and we got disconnected. I had to wait another 45 to get back to him and I asked why he didn’t call me back and he said he needed manager authorization to call me. Great service!! They have the best rates in town, that’s the only reason we bank here.
