As a long-standing customer with multiple accounts, I visited a drive-through for a deposit. The employee at the window failed to offer any greeting and displayed a dismissive attitude throughout the transaction. Her curt interaction and lack of basic courtesy, such as a farewell, were unacceptable. Such unprofessional conduct reflects poorly on Nusenda Credit Union. I trust you will address this matter appropriately to ensure all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
