- AOAntonio OsojnickiJan 16, 20251.0Been a customer of Bank or Albuquerque for almost a year now. The recurring online banking outages, and their whole IT system being down at their branches shows they are not willing to invest into a half decent customer experience. It shows in the app too, it's extremely rudimental and has most likely been outsourced to the lowest bidder, probably overseas. Today, 1/15/2025, their whole system was down. I went to a branch in the afternoon to deposit cash I didn't want to keep on hand, and they didn't even give me a receipt. I am relying on their integrity to actually credit my account with the money I gave them, and it wasn't a measly $20. Their online banking & app are still down, and it's almost midnight. I can't do anything with any of my BoABQ accounts. I doubt I'll be somehow compensated, or even get an apology for bad customer service. Needless to say, I will be looking into a different bank and/or credit union.
- HJhollie jacksonMay 21, 20241.0Back July I purchased a 10 month CD at 5% interest. At the time of my CD mature date I should have earned $500. on my money. Well I only earned $415.86. The branch manager explained that because the CD was not a year CD they were only able to pay the $415.86. I explain that I purchased the CD in good faith at the 5% interest for 10 months. I explained to him that it sounds a lot like a Bait and Switch. He had no response other than this how all banks figured it. I have learned my lesson. Please Please be warned of this bank’s practice.
