From the moment we walked in, Kerri greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She answered all of our questions quickly, thoroughly, and with kindness. Unlike my experiences at other banks where I was often told to call a 1-800 number, Kerri handled everything on-site with efficiency and professionalism. My husband and I had several questions and requests—often coming at her simultaneously—and Kerri managed it all with grace. She was patient, resourceful, and impressively knowledgeable, helping us complete 3 to 4 separate tasks in just one visit. We walked in expecting delays or a runaround, but instead we were met with top-notch customer service. Kerri’s professionalism and dedication truly set a high standard. She is a tremendous asset to the TD Bank team, and we’re grateful for her support.
