I have a TD visa for years and I have been spending thousands of dollars every month and never been late once in my payment. I got scammed recently from a merchant that charged my visa while didnt do the right job. TD dispute Centre kept putting me in too much stress through phone calls over more than 3 months period and every time I speak with them I feel this is the first time I talk to them. Every time I speak with an agent I feel they had no clue of what was mentioned in my previous call. After over 3 months back and forth of calls, they sent me an email saying that my dispute was declined. Because I'm certain that this was because of a lack of communications between their agents, I had to cancel my visa with TD
