He literally took my phone, showed me another screen which was completely unrelated to my problem, and said, "your account is fine!" I mean seriously!!! This was after TD customer service phone number hung up on me after 20 minutes of waiting, and not calling me back! I had to call back and wait another 15 minutes only to be told to go to the branch. As you all read, that's what happened when I went to the branch! TD is an absolute disgrace!!!
