  We had booked an appointment to talk with the financial advisor stephanie smith a week prior to our appointment with a selected topic of conversation. There was no conversation ever stating what she wanted us to bring along with us to this appointment or what it would entail just what was standard which we had. We drove an hour into gander for our appointment, and 20 minutes before our appointment time, we received a very hostile phone call from Stephanie. She was not pleasant at all and gave us a in depth list of things we needed now 20 minutes before our appointment. After talking with her, she told us in so many words we should have just gone with our regular bank and that it was pointless to come into the appointment, and then the phone call ended. We felt very defeated and rejected. After some time, we even called her back, saying we had a car loan with TD and that they are familiar with us regarless of us having an account. Again, she told us it was pointless to come in and sit down. I feel as though this is completely unprofessional and left us feeling pretty helpless. There was no communication prior to this appointment, even though there was ample time to reach out to make sure we were prepared for our upcoming appointment. As far as we were concerned, we had what we needed, but it wasn't good enough incomparrison to the extent of what she wanted us to have. She was very unkind and not a pleasant person to deal with. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and trying to help us the customer. We have decided that even when we have all needed, we will not be banking with TD as we have received far better treatment with other banks and bankers since. They have shown us that the hostility was completely unnecessary and that communicating with your upcoming clients can easily be done well before 20 minutes of their appointment they drove an hour into gander for. As two eager adults trying to do the best in life, we have been completely let down by TD and wanted to let others aware of our dissappinting and disheartening experience with TD in gander speaking with Stephanie Smith.

  Best services around,been with them 34 years that say good service,and aways friendly & smiling can't get better then that..
