I recently needed to do a foreign wire transfer, ( time sensitive ) which is something new to them. Julissa worked on this for me for almost an entire day, always with a smile on her face. I was able to leave and they called to assure me that the transaction was completed and successful. Added bonus, every one at that branch are a pleasure to work with. I never use the drive thru so I can go in a chat for a bit.
