- STStephen TellianNov 10, 20251.0This TD Bank is horrific. The ATM's are down more than half the time. The employees are not friendly nor are they knowledgeable. And the managers basically deal with all issues by apologizing and saying there is nothing they can do. Avoid this place at all costs

- GIGeorge IvanovAug 20, 20251.0It’s not surprising that this bank has such a poor review!!!!!! I’ve never encountered agents this unprofessional. You can’t get any information from them—they sit there as if they have water in their mouths, and they don’t explain anything properly. They don’t even know the information they’re supposed to work with. The bank manager is a whole other story. She just clucks a lot and talks endlessly but absolutely does not help. A manager’s job is to solve issues and assist the client—she does exactly the opposite. She shifts all problems and nuances onto the client, refusing to take any responsibility for her agents or herself, and looks at you with a cold, aggressive gaze—it’s clear she suppresses a lot of aggression. If something doesn’t satisfy you, or if you want clarification or have any questions, you are automatically at fault. Everything that happened is your fault, never hers. She is the complete opposite of a manager. She should be selling cucumbers at a market—she would probably excel there. In general, I am also partly at fault for going to this branch despite seeing the reviews. I should have trusted the low ratings on Google and chosen another bank. In the end, it was a waste of time, leaving a nasty, unpleasant feeling after such service. I had to Google information myself to find out details that I couldn’t get from them. The don't deserve even one star!!!! Stay away from that location !!!!!!
