  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! instead of waiving of a late fee as a courtesy on a credit card they preferred losing a customer over 28 dollars........... and i did not ask to waive it in years on top of that i pay annual fee with out no complaints.

  If you go here ... DO NOT GO TO ELLUZ Capone! I literally had 18 dollars pulled out of my account which was supposed to go into my savings and I got an email that the process didn't go through but the issue was is they had to still pulled the money from my checking account. I tried explaining this to her and she kept saying to me if the funds aren't there they don't take it and I was trying to explain to her the issue was that they took the funds. There was an error in transferring which I got the email for but they never put the funds back. She was completely dismissive complete Karen attitude. She didn't want to hear anything. We had to say she wouldn't pull up my account because I didn't have the ID she want. But I had a photo ID with my name. My birthday. I also had my bank card and the app and my account number. I had everything and she refused to pull my account up to see what happened. Told me I would have to call and make a dispute. I live out of my car. I work a full-time job. I cannot afford to have my account shut down while they do an investigation. So pretty much I was out my last $18 that I had for the week. She was incredibly dismissive condescending and unprofessional. She does not care about customer service. She did not want to hear what I had to say. She didn't even attempt to solve my problem in the slightest again. I have the email saying there was an error with a transaction and my deposit was less than 24 hours ago. So if you would have just seen when I had gotten deposited and went through my transactions you could have easily seen I was missing $18. She did not even want to pull my account up. And then immediately walked out. Have a cigarette afterwards. Well I was sitting in my car outside. I saw her staring at me through the window of the store and then come out for a cigarette. My husband went back in to get her name and there was a very nice Asian lady that I wish I went to. ELLUZ, not only wouldn't you even bring us to her desk, she wouldn't even let us get up to the front teller. Didn't even try to solve the issue. Just a very unprofessional all the way around!

  The lines are tremendously long and it seems as the more people arrive instead of the tellers increasing their pace they go slower. Really? How very inconsiderate to make people wait. And they seem to be tremendously under staffed. Anytime you go into this branch you had better be prepared to WAIT!!!!

  Using Google Maps has improved my accuracy for being a member that always knew exactly where I wanted and need to be right on time and right on the spot. I would refer to any Google user thanks Google Maps.
