  The staff here are completely clueless and rude! I booked an appointment here to open a CD, and I called beforehand to see if I needed to bring anything to do so; they told me I didn't need anything! So I go in for my appointment, and the next thing the staff tells me is that I needed to bring an ID. At this point, I'm frustrated because I was told I didn't need anything! I tell her that I'll come back with my ID and I when I do, I'm told that no one's available to help me, but that someone will see me in a second. So, I wait 20 minutes for someone to see me to which the staff THEN tells me that I have to come back tomorrow because now there's no one available to help me all while there are 3 employees who are sitting free in their office with literally no customers in the building! I tell them all this, and all the staff have to say is that they "never told me to come back with my ID", how aggravating is that! I wasted an hour here for absolutely no reason when they could've told me much earlier either to (1) told me to come back at a later date when I didn't bring my ID or even (2) told me to come back another time when I already got my ID before I spent 20 minutes sitting there with no assistance because everyone else was "busy". I've been banking with Wells Fargo for almost 35 years now and I have never, ever had a problem with any other branch. The staff here are not accommodating whatsoever and worst of all, they have no clue how to run a bank.

  Usually it can be a problem getting money from a Bank, I was trying to deposit money and finally gave up! Clueless! You can understand why there are so many lawsuits involving Wells Fargo. Dishonesty filters down and results in employee apathy. They offer nothing better than any other bank, but with these folks you'll get your share of Dis-Interest! Wells Fargo was way better as a 1950's TV Western! I took my business elsewhere. Saver, beware!

  I ask for HELP to the Banker about a Zelle pay July 3 2023 3,500.00 Nothing i was told Not we can not do anything about Zelle pay is agains the Law i just found out is 1.6 billions people lose in Zelle pay is in CNN News

  Came in to exchange some pounds to dollars. Be aware that only one teller can do it so don't come in during her lunch hour! When she wasn't available the branch manager came out, explained and apologized. Other than that it was very nice , all the staff is very attentive and professional.
