- KVKing VincereAug 25, 20251.0This branch had the audacity to cancel & close my 85yr old mother's Way-To-Save Savings account during the end of the pandemic WITHOUT ANY NOTICE!!. The reason they gave was: "lack of activity" for 6months. Keep in mind it was during the last year of Covid. Who cares if she hasn't made a savings deposit in the past 6months? And What does that have to do with her money thats already sitting in the account? The World is in chaos & youre closing elderly customers savings accounts!!?? Needless to say. Their customer service dept learned sone NEW curse words that Monday morning.
