- JJJack JosephDec 12, 20252.0Absolutely terrible experience at the Wells Fargo location in Woodbridge, NJ. The bank manager refused to deposit a legitimate TD Bank check for $8,600 into my account for no valid reason. Instead of explaining anything professionally, she was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and rude. As a customer, I expected basic courtesy and a clear explanation. Instead, I was treated like I didn’t matter at all. The manager acted as if she was doing me a favor rather than her job, and flat-out refused to help. No attempt was made to offer an alternative solution or escalate the issue — just an arrogant attitude and a hard “no.” This is not how a major bank should treat its customers. If you value professionalism, respect, and competent customer service, stay far away from this Wells Fargo branch. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Why make an appointment for a specific time (first opening appointment 9am), when the associate banker helps someone else and I’m forced to wait. Appointments should be honored as scheduled. The manger made things worse saying he would help me then told me to wait for Denise since I had the appointment with her. It’s the last time I will go to this branch. The manager was so rude and seemed like he really didn’t want to help me.

She explains everything so well, gives you suggestions on what she recommends, she even told me things the other 2 sales people didn't mention to me and her overall personality is just so pleasant to deal with. Always smiling too. From now on I'm only making an appointment with her. And since becoming a Wells Fargo customer, your bank has been just sop good to me. Thank you

I have been doing some large business deposits for a few month and needed to get some change as well and I have not once had any issues or even an evil eye or an annoyed attitude.
