- MMMaureenOct 14, 20251.0The manager was so rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment for 9am and was told I had to wait. Why make an appointment for a specific time (first opening appointment 9am), when the associate banker helps someone else and I’m forced to wait. Appointments should be honored as scheduled. The manger made things worse saying he would help me then told me to wait for Denise since I had the appointment with her. It’s the last time I will go to this branch. The manager was so rude and seemed like he really didn’t want to help me.

She explains everything so well, gives you suggestions on what she recommends, she even told me things the other 2 sales people didn't mention to me and her overall personality is just so pleasant to deal with. Always smiling too. From now on I'm only making an appointment with her. And since becoming a Wells Fargo customer, your bank has been just sop good to me. Thank you

I have been doing some large business deposits for a few month and needed to get some change as well and I have not once had any issues or even an evil eye or an annoyed attitude. I get a smile every single time. I just wanted to give all the ladies a shout out.

The process took less than 30mins at the Edison branch. His reasoning made no sense as to why he couldn't verify my father. But hey go see Mike at the Edison branch!! He was awesome!
