    The review is for the employees and NYCB bank. I used to live in Woodbridge and this location employees are top notch. The manager went beyond and above and helped me with a fast clearance of my first house deposit payment, when all big banks Bank of America, Wells Fargo couldn’t do it. I am grateful for the manager(Female person, but forgot her name) and the employees at this branch, and I continue using this checking account even after I moved out of state 3 years ago purely because of the employees at this branch.

    UPDATE (Feb 2025): The below is still true, but since Flagstar took over, they have eliminated weekend hours at this branch and several others. Evidently, Flagstar believes that people who work during the week never need to go to the bank. 🙄 I'm not changing the rating, because the bank employees are still top notch, but Flagstar could do better! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I actually drive a little out of my way to go to this branch and it's totally worth it. They are efficient and friendly. There's never a long wait, but they take their time to explain anything that I need explained and are thorough with my banking. Best of all, my little son loves visiting his friends at the bank. They are all so kind to him.
