This garbage bank, I made a long line today to change 400 dollars I had in 1 dollar bills into 20s or 100s, and the blonde girl at the cashier told me I can't do that. What type of bank doesn't change money? And the other day I wanted to change 50 dollars into coins and the same lady said no, that I needed a business account. I'm a customer, I have 3 accounts in this bank, until today. That's why I opened my business accounts at Chase as son as they opened a branch in court house and not this junk. I would rather drive 15 more extra minutes, better customer service.

Longtime Customer Deeply Disappointed I’ve been a loyal weekly client of this TD Bank branch for years — making consistent Thursday/Friday deposits and exchanging my tips for larger bills every weekend. The staff has always known me and treated me with courtesy — until now. During a recent visit, a new teller (an older Hispanic looking woman) treated me like a complete stranger. She questioned whether I even had an account, asked unnecessary questions about what I do for a living, and handled the exchange with a tone that felt cold and suspicious. She took an unusually long time entering basic information and even wrapped my cash in rubber bands as if she were setting it aside for evidence — not simply exchanging it for larger bills. After years of being treated with respect, this shift in tone and energy was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I’ve now moved my weekly banking to another nearby TD location where I’m treated with professionalism and consistency. This review isn’t written in anger. It’s simply a reminder that loyal clients notice when the atmosphere changes — and when we’re no longer seen, valued, or welcomed, we make quiet decisions that speak louder than words. Update: After my review was posted, the branch manager personally reached out to speak with me. I appreciated her call and her willingness to listen. She offered to have me taken care of privately moving forward, ensuring I’d never have to deal with that particular teller again. But I explained something more important: I’m not some kid. I’m a 56-year-old man who has dealt with this type of behavior his entire journey. And at this point in my life, with more days behind me than ahead of me, I choose very carefully where I place my energy. While I respect the effort to reach out, I’ve decided not to return to that branch. The issue wasn’t about a transaction — it was about dignity. I’ll continue my weekly banking at another location where I feel seen and treated with consistency. My words aren’t written in bitterness, but in clarity. Some spaces no longer deserve your presence — and that’s more than enough reason to leave them behind.

Go ANYWHERE else !! This bank is terribly understaffed and managed … it’s easily a 45min- an hour wait anytime I have to go inside here , even for something as simple as depositing a check… it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with any bank ever.. save yourself the headache and go elsewhere
