Figure it was a quick transaction so I went to the drive-thru which was permanently closed! This was totally shocking! What would happen to people who are in wheelchairs or have mobility issues and cannot step instead easily? The lone teller there was a very sweet kid named Kyle & he informed me that drive-thru has been shut down since last Aug! This is a serious break in customer service! I actually wrote to that branch for ~7 years before leaving. Kyle provided excellent service Which I made sure to thank him for, however the branch layout would not get a positive review from me

The manager and teller both did not bother to check the fact I'm on my wife's account or see our family account, both with Wells for a decade. Time to switch to more in touch bank.
