About a year ago I went into the branch where the manager was berating her staff behind the teller counter while I stood there waiting to be helped. Today I went to make a cash deposit and was on the drive thru lane for 25 minutes. Teller came back and asked specifics on where I got the cash and what I was going to be using it for. Well below the 10k limit. Will never go back to this branch again.

It was a bit frustrating when his colleague was being nasty to him throughout our transaction, instead of helping him. I then asked if it was possible to get uncirculated Pennie’s (which is apart of our wedding favor) and she jumped in and said “no we don’t do that” with a tone. And then she didn’t leave me any space to even answer. Just shut me down. She definitely doesn’t seem to be like a people person and suggest taking your business elsewhere.
