They haven't been busy and gave me the time I needed to ask questions and get what I needed squared away. Because they're smaller, some of their online support works normal business hours. I haven't found this to be a problem...just an adjustment.

Each member of their staff takes their time walking their customers through many options, necessary steps & encourages questions. The services they offer are thoroughly explained & you know they want the best for you. I always feel like they are there for me & I cant tell you what that means, esp in the banking industry.
