  Observed a disparity in treatment based on hue. I arrived early and stood in line for a good minute before the female front desk agent, almost reluctantly, acknowledged me. I then noted how individuals on the light skin color spectrum were greeted automatically and enthusiastically, the tellers laughed and joked with them, etc. while people on the darker end languished in line before being helped. The female tellers seemed very new, so I’ll chalk it up to a lack of sensitivity training. The male account manager, however, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He’s the reason I’ll come back — all agents should adopt an unbiased approach.

  This Branch lacks customer service skills. I went in to stop payment on a check that was sent to me and never received from my holiday club account. Michael Nash the store manager told me he could not stop payments on checks I had to call customer service myself. Found out from customer service he is the one who needs to stop payment on the check and get a new one reissued to me for my money for my holiday club account. I asked mr. Nash to do this back in December she never address the issue every time I called he said he would work on it left for the holiday never stop payment on my check. If this is what a branch manager does TD must not have rate branch managers because Mr Nash should have first found out if he was supposed to cancel the check or not instead he had me a customer doing all the legwork and then he refused to handle the situation but went away for Christmas holiday and never took care of it. I will not be going back to this location.

  I went to this Tdbank to so a Wire transfer money couple days ago I sent $1,500 to Canada I specifically told the bank my brother want the money American money not Canadian money ,when he tried to get the they refusing to gave him American dollars never again , when I do have free time I will take all my money out never again
