- GPGino PalermoJul 14, 20251.0Truly the worst exoerience ever. I wanted to deposit a check in the amount of $8000 written to my late sister into her estate account. I was first told that it wasn't possable, I needed to have the check written to the Estate of. I then asked to speak with a premier or relationship banker. He comes out and tells me I should be greatful that he is meeting with me and goes on to tell me they can't deposit the check. I then ask to speak with the branch manager who tells me that the check, written on a Wells Fargo account needs to be verified. Mind you, this isn't a cashiers check for which verification is required. After 30 minutes of needless inconvience the check was finally deposited into my account in excess of $400,000. Upon returning to my hotel I contacted the local branch and was told that the West Orange branch was wrong and apologized and will issue a complaint on my behalf. Aviod the West Orange branch at all costs. They are truly incompetant and have no concept of customer service

Even though I could have done it on my own, I was far from home and didnt have access to a computer. Brinder was very kind and made me feel like I had been going there for years even though I had just met her. Praise this woman!
