Shantel's exhibited incredible courtesy and professionalism. Her knowledge and rapid responses to all of my questions made me feel comfortable with Columbia Bank. Also, Columbia Bank does not charge for a home appraisal, a requirement when applying for a HELOC, while most other banks do. I recommend visiting Shantel and Nadia the Assistant Branch Manager at the Columbia Bank branch in West Orange for all of your banking needs.
