- BBBetseewhoOct 5, 20204.0I've been banking at Provident for over 20 years. Not the drive thru but the regular branches....I've had the opportunity to open up an account at other Banks, but the personal service that I get from this bank is above anything else. It's a people bank and that's what's important 4 stars...why not 5.... They need to get more current with ATM use and online services but otherwise love this Bank.

Diff kind of way to talking to clients i guess ) instead of telling me hold a min or something she even Wont give me my balance account with NO CARS behind me !this lady its sooo rude!!!!! Service its horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
