- JSJ Beauty Shipment5 days ago1.0This branch provides an extremely poor and unacceptable customer experience. The staff is rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful toward customers. Yolanda, in particular, spoke to me in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. Her tone and behavior were disrespectful, and she treated me as if I did not matter as a customer. What makes this situation even more serious is that the conduct at this branch appears to violate Capital One’s own customer service policies. Basic standards of professionalism, respect, and ethical conduct are clearly not being followed. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this incident. Capital One should immediately review the behavior and practices at this location. I strongly advise others to avoid this bank.

Horrible, when I do on the app after 2 hrs is ready. I thought going to the branch was faster but it's worse. I need to add more here!!! I try to get a statement from my account and I can't because its my babies account here too, so I Print all the statements and I went to the other place and they tell me they need MY STATEMENTS ONLY NO MY CHILD, I decided to go to the bank and they cannot print my statements only because that means that im hidden something because there is my child account. I explained to the lady there that they want my statements not my child. "We cannot print only yours statements" so they never can do anything
