- WSWalberto Miranda StaleyApr 27, 20211.0I called earlier today (9:30am) spoke to a lady, and I was told that the person in charge of opening a new checking accounts was late and that he would call me as soon as he gets in to schedule my appointment. Two hours and a half passed and I had to call the branch again and I was told this time (by Chris, I believe) that he was going to find out if I was going to be called for today or to call another branch or bank. WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
