- SHSofi HerreraOct 29, 20251.0I never felt so unwelcomed in a TD bank, I’ve been using TD for a while so I went to help a friend open a SAVINGS account which is a easy process but it’s easy to go in person and get help as well they explain more further. We book an appointment and when we came there a women in all red with red lipstick as well she was a young Brazilian girl and yes I will remember rude people and what they look like. She was already trying to ignore us and having the worst attitude for no reason when we said we had an appointment. She then told us to wait while she went to the back to “talk” with someone (someone’s who’s in charge or whoever we had an appointment with I’m unsure) came back to help these two girls which was quick and easy for them that they even had a wonderful conversation with each other. See what’s going on with or am I crazy? Later she finally came to my friend but saying they needed a type of billing with there name (they don’t own anything with their name on it because we don’t own any housing or anything else sense we’re young) a passport and ID. The thing is when I opened my savings account I only needed was my SS and ID. We didn’t want to be much more of a bother already not wanting to deal with this employee so we left. PS- the other employees were just talking and not helping other people who came in making them leave as well There’s already complains about the employees don’t come here! Go to another TD bank when opening something or anything else it’s not even worth it with the employees.
