I’ve had more issues with cash deposits with Columbia than I’ve had with another bank that used to start with a B and now a T, but I switched those accounts to Columbia. The T bank would have an issue once every other blue moon. I’ve only had one experience where the Columbia ATM took my entire cash deposit with no issues. And I’ve only had a couple experiences where the cash that wasn’t accepted the first time was accepted when I hit the “add more.” I use the ATM primarily because I have cash at the end of the working night (bars and such), and want it in as soon as possible.
