  It’s an adventure going into this bank. Always short on help. Computer systems seem to be down a lot as well. I also bank at Spencer Savings and it’s like night and day. Always 3-4 tellers. In and out in no time.

  walked in to pay my business CC with cash (something I do every month at my local valley) teller tells me she doesn't know because she's just covering for someone and she's usually at another location? and then advises me to go to another worker there at a desk, that worker she tells me that the only way to pay my card is online through the app I told her can another valley branch do this she says no, she says they dont have access to do this other teller says the same. I drive over to valley on chamberlain like 5 min away and they do it in under 60 sec no questions asked, I mentioned to them my issue with the valley at this location and they were all confused as to how the tellers at the Wayne location didnt know how to do this, im not sure if there needs to be more training at this Wayne location... but what a waste of time, proper thing to do was call a manager to help if they didnt know but this is also something I do monthly, how does a teller not know how to pay a card with 200 in cash? confusing
